Many of our team members have been with Mori Orthodontics for many years and are highly trained. Our goal is to give you that beautiful smile you want and deserve.

CLINICAL TEAM

Erin - Clinical Technician
Erin has over 25 years experience in the dental and orthodontic field with the majority of those years working in this practice. Erin’s expertise is keeping Dr. Mori and the clinical team running an on time schedule in the clinic. She helps create a fun and productive work environment for our patients. Erin is a Certified Orthodontic Assistant with great technical skills. When not at work, Erin enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. She also enjoys scrapbooking!

Gina - Clinical Technician
Gina has over 30 years experience in the dental and orthodontic field and has been a member of our team for quite a few of those years. She is a Certified Orthodontic Assistant and is licensed by the Ohio State Dental Board as an Expanded Functions Dental Auxiliary. We truly appreciate Gina’s ability to keep us on schedule. Her work ethic is amazing. At home, Gina stays busy with her family which includes her husband, her four children and beautiful grandchildren. Outside of work and home, Gina likes to travel, is an awesome photographer and enjoys scrapbooking.

Tess - Clinical Technician
Tess has many years experience in the dental and orthodontic field. She has become a seasoned team member and brings great organizational skills to our clinic. Tess is a Certified Orthodontic Assistant and keeps our OSHA training up to date. She and her husband have two daughters, two son-in-laws and beautiful grandchildren. In her spare time Tess enjoys reading, walking, theater and evenings out with family and friends. She is burning the airways traveling to see those grandchildren!

Rachel - Clinical Technician
Rachel is one of our clinical technicians and is a Certified Orthodontic Assistant. Her upbeat and flexible personality provides a fun atmosphere for our patients. Rachel also exhibits a can-do attitude that is a great asset to our practice. When not at work, Rachel and her husband keep busy chasing after their beautiful little daughter. In her spare time, Rachel enjoys reading and spending time with her family. She also has interests in music and the Arts.

Beth - Clinical/Records Technician
Beth is broadening her horizons in the orthodontic field, learning and growing in multiple areas of our practice. Beth might be at the front desk helping patients schedule an appointment, in the clinic working with patients or in our lab doing labwork. Beth's easy going disposition helps her to be flexible to work in many areas of the office. Outside the office, Beth enjoys listening to music and spending time with her husband, family and friends.

Business Team

Sandy - Practice Manager
Sandy has been with the practice for many years and in the orthodontic profession for over 30 years. The combination of her clinical and business experience allows her to work side by side with Dr. Mori to help keep his office running smoothly. Sandy’s favorite part of working here is being part of such a unique and caring practice, led by a doctor who is passionate and skilled. Outside of work, she enjoys hanging out with family, friends and her two daschound dogs. Sandy enjoys the outdoors and spends her free time rollerblading and decorating.

Gigi - Scheduling Coordinator
Gigi is the sunshine in our office. Her compassion and energy serves not only our patients but everyone on our team too! Gigi has been with us for 10+ years creating and growing every year. Her passion for people is evident to everyone who has had any contact with her. She loves our practice and our patients. She is usually the first person you will speak to or see when you come to our office. Gigi seamlessly keeps the schedule working for the Doctor, the patients and our team. Her energy outside the office is dedicated to her husband and her two sons, daughter-in-law and her grandbaby. She also enjoys taking long walks and spending time with family and friends.

Erin - Scheduling/Treatment Coordinator
Erin came to us with her bright, sunny smile all the way from West Palm Beach Florida where she began her orthodontic career. Her knowledge of our computer system, along with her treatment coordinator experience makes her a true asset to our team. Erin's passion for children and the field of orthodontics allows her to feel right at home here at Mori Orthodontics! She has a King Charles Cavalier dog named Cooz whom she loves dearly. She enjoys writing, singing, hiking and working out at the gym.

Denise - Accounts Manager
Denise comes to our office with many years experience in the dental and account management field. She is the person behind the scenes negotiating with insurance companies to retrieve as much benefit for our patients as possible. Her expertise in handling the financials is a great asset to our practice. Denise also handles collections for the practice and will always make herself available to our patients. Denise and her husband have two grown sons, two daughter-in-laws and three beautiful grandchildren. In her free time, Denise enjoys a good book, taking long walks, and (when the weather permits) is an avid swimmer.

Laboratory

Deb - Lab Technician
Deb has been turning out her jewel- like retainers and other appliances for us for over 30 years. She creates appliances that are truly above the rest. Very few orthodontists have lab technician in house so we are fortunate to have Deb fabricating our orthodontic appliances. Her creativity spills over in to her personal life too. Deb enjoys cooking, gardening and crafting, and most all spending time with her two children. She spends lots of hours on the soccer field!
