CLINICAL TEAM

Erin - Clinical Supervisor
With over 20 years experience in the dental field and 12 years working here, Erin’s expertise keeps everything in the clinic running smoothly and on time. She helps Dr. Mori along with the clinical team to create a fun and productive work environment. Erin is a Certified Orthodontic Assistant with great technical skills. When not at work, Erin enjoys spending time with her two young children and her husband. She also loves Scrap booking in her free time.

Gina - Clinical Technician
Gina has over 30 years experience in the dental field with the last 12 years being in orthodontics. She is a Certified Orthodontic Assistant and a licensed Advanced Qualified Person by the Ohio State Dental Board. We truly appreciate Gina’s ability to keep us on schedule. Her work ethic is amazing. At home, Gina stays busy with her family which includes her husband of many years, her four children and a beautiful grandson. Outside of work and home, Gina likes to travel, takes wonderful photographs and enjoys Scrap booking.

Tess - Clinical Technician
Our newest team member is Tess, who comes to us with over 24 years experience. She has been with our team for 2 years and brings great organizational skills to our clinic. Tess is also a Certified Orthodontic Assistant. She and her husband have two adult daughters and are looking forward to being grandparents soon. In her pastime, Tess enjoys reading, walking, theater and evenings out with family and friends.

Brenda - New Patient Coordinator/Clinical Technician
Brenda wears several hats in our office. She is a Certified Orthodontic Assistant and has been with us for 5 years. She is generally the first clinical team member you will meet here as she is our new patient coordinator. Brenda loves meeting new patients and is well equipped to answer all of your questions. She makes our patients feel comfortable and well informed. Brenda has many creative qualities. We feel privileged to have her working with our patients and our team. She takes this same creative energy outside the office by teaching scrap booking at local stores. Along with scrap booking, Brenda enjoys decorating and spending time with her husband and two boys.

Brenda P.
Brenda joined Dr.Mori’s practice in June 0f 2007 with many years of experience in the dental field. Her expertise with patient care works seamlessly with our team. We feel fortunate to have her on board. Brenda enjoys spending time with her family going to movies, horseback riding, and going to the theatre and concerts.

Business Team

Sandy - Practice Manager
Sandy has been with the practice for 24 years and in the orthodontic profession for 30 years. The combination of her clinical and business experience allows her to work side by side with Dr. Mori to help keep his office running smoothly. Sandy’s favorite part of working here is being part of such a unique and caring practice, led by a doctor who is passionate and skilled. Outside of work, she enjoys hanging out with family, friends and her two daschound dogs. Sandy enjoys the outdoors and spends her free time rollerblading and decorating.

Diane - Scheduling Coordinator
Diane began her orthodontic career with our practice, 15 years ago. Her bright, sunny disposition along with her quick wit helps us all move through the day. Diane keeps our schedule running and in tact. When not at work, Diane stays busy with her husband and their two children. She enjoys the outdoors, long walks and spending time with her family and friends.

Gigi - Scheduling Coordinator
Gigi is the sunshine in our office. Her compassion and energy serves not only our patients but everyone on our team too! Gigi has been with us for 10 years creating and growing every year. Her passion for people is evident to everyone who has had any contact with her. She loves our practice and our patients. She is usually the first person you will speak to or see when you come to our office. Gigi seamlessly keeps the schedule working for the Doctor, the patients and our team. Her energy outside the office is dedicated to her husband, her two boys and her family and friends. She enjoys walking, Sunday morning breakfast and relaxing.

Carol - Accounts Manager
Carol has 30 plus years in the dental and orthodontic profession. She is licensed as an Advanced Qualified Person by the Ohio State Dental Board. Carol has been with our practice for 3 years. We feel blessed to have her on board. Her expertise in the clinical area, along with her compassion for our patients, allows her to problem solve many problems. She is the person behind the scenes negotiating with the insurance companies to retrieve as much benefit for our patients as possible. Carol also handles collections for the practice and prides herself by always being available to our patients. Carol is full of life outside the office. She is involved with her church, hangs out with friends and family, loves walking, and cherishes the time she can spend with her daughter.

Laboratory

Deb - Lab Technician
Deb has been turning out her jewel like retainers and other appliances for us for the last 25 years. She creates appliances that are truly above the rest. Very few orthodontists have lab technician in house so we are fortunate to have Deb fabricating our orthodontic appliances. Her creativity spills into her personal life too. Deb enjoys cooking, gardening and crafting, and most all spending time with her two children and her husband.

Chelsea - Lab Technician
Chelsea works in our lab creating beautiful models of our patient’s teeth, along with some appliances. She has been with us for 4 years and is our youngest team member. Her youth and energy inspires us all. She attends college fulltime, she teaches cheerleading and gymnastics, and she finds the time to run a marathon. She enjoys hanging out with friends and family in her spare time.
